Our Programs


A key component of Jubilee’s program is a broad curriculum of training classes and workshops in our Learning & Opportunity Center (LOC), which serves both residents and other low-income women in the community.

Free Classes
Jubilee’s Learning & Opportunity Center offers free courses for income-qualified women (earning less than $18,540 per year) who want to develop skills in technology, communications, health, money management and job readiness. All courses are held at our main facility in a safe and supportive learning environment with laptop computers and a flexible space.

  • Finding & Maintaining Affordable Housing
  • Healthy Relationships & Communication
  • Setting, Maintaining & Respecting Boundaries
  • Conflict Resolution & Cultural Understanding
  • Self-Defense
  • Nutrition & Cooking

In the LOC, qualifying women can earn a Microsoft Office Specialist Certification, a credential that will boost her career development and help her earn a living wage.

Free Computer Lab
The computer lab is free to any income-qualified woman, earning less than $18,540 per year, and open Monday through Friday, 9 am to 4 pm (Jubilee is closed on all major holidays). First-time users, please contact us by email or at 206.324.1244 to schedule an orientation.
